"And I heard another voice from heaven saying, Come out of her, my people, that you not be partakers Of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues."

Revelation 18:4

In the eighteenth chapter of the book of Revelation there is a description of the end time “ Babylonian system.”

This system is personified as a “ queen” having great wealth saying; “I am no widow, and shall see no sorrow” yet inwardly is very corrupt.

Within this backdrop, the children of God are instructed to “Come out of her, my people” and not be a partaker of her sins.

This song is a cry for us to remain steadfast in our faith and distant from the corrupting influence of this Babylonian society.
